Policies and Clients Etiquette

Spa Etiquette :
Please turn off or silence your cellphone before entering the spa.
Please do not bring minors who will be left unattended while you are being served.
For your first visit,please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book an appointment.
Certain treatment may not be advisable for you at the time.

Appointment Policy:
We are available by appointment only and hold the appointment with a credit card. The credit card will be charged only in the event of a no show or same day cancellation. Each appointment takes us special preparation in advance so please call to cancel or reschedule 48 hours or at least 24 prior to your appointment . Failure to appear or cancel within 1business day (24 hours ) prior to your appointment will result in a service fee*.

Cancellation Policy:
At LatitudeZeroSkinCare we know that your time is valuable and we strive to give each client our undivided attention. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment,we require 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less then the time required are subject to 100% billing, if your appointment is part of a previous purchase package, your package will be deducted accordingly.

If you have purchased a pre paid voucher (Groupon- Spafinder - Livingsocial - Yelp, and or similar coupons, deals and Gift Certificates), your voucher will be cancelled and considered  null/void/redeemed. Late arrivals will result in shortened appointment.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
